Pricing
Finances are complex and personal. To make these services accessible, fees* for services are on a sliding scale as follows:
- Individual Counseling: $130-$180 per 50-minute session
- Parent Coaching: $130-$180 per 50-minute session
- Family Sessions: $150-$200 per 50-minute session
- Relationship Counseling: $150-$200 per 50-minute session
Please select a price within that range that makes counseling sustainable for you and your family. Some reduced options available upon request.
* Note: There is a one-time Intake Fee: $150-220 ($20 above session fee).
Insurance
We do not contract directly with insurance. We are happy to provide detailed receipts for Out-of-Network reimbursement upon request. Reimbursement levels depend on your individual insurance plan.
Perhaps you’re curious about why we choose not to work directly with insurance companies? Doing so would require us to give you a mental health diagnosis, which would then go into your permanent medical records. We believe in using labels and diagnoses only when they serve your well being. And we believe that information is yours to share as you choose. By not working directly with insurance, we are able to maintain your privacy and focus on helping you heal.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and Health Savings Account. Payment is due at each session.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is held specifically for you. As a rule, appointments canceled less then 48 hours before the scheduled time will be billed at 50% of the usual hourly rate, and appointments canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time will be billed at the full usual hourly rate. There is no charge for appointments canceled or rescheduled 48 hours or more hours in advance. Please know that in the case of unforeseen illness or emergencies, this fee will be waived.
